Welcome! I'm so glad you're here!

As a therapist specializing in individual and couples counseling for emergency responders, military service members, and their families, I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where healing, growth, and reconnection can begin. My first passion centers around helping people navigate the path to emotional recovery—especially in the realm of trauma treatment. With advanced training in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Critical Incident Stress Management, I tailor each session to meet you exactly where you are, empowering you to rediscover your inner strength and resilience.

As a retired Police Officer and Detective with over 20 years of service, I understand firsthand the cumulative toll of post-traumatic stress, physical injury, and responder exhaustion. I’ve walked that path, and I know how deeply these experiences can impact your personal life and relationships. That’s why I’m dedicated to supporting those who serve—through specialized care for PTSD, PTSI, anxiety, depression, disordered attachment, life transitions, infertility, grief and loss, identity concerns, and relationship conflict.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oklahoma State University. I also proudly volunteer with the First Responder Support Network (FRSN), providing Brainspotting services at the West Coast Post Trauma Retreat (WCPR) and the Significant Others and Spouses (SOS) Retreats.

Whether you’re facing trauma, relationship stress, or life’s complex transitions, I’m here to help you find clarity, balance, and lasting emotional wellness. Let’s connect for a free 15-minute consultation—your path toward healing starts with one step.
