Brainspotting + Ketamine Healing Intensives

Trauma lives in the body. Your healing can too.

If you've tried traditional therapy and still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, you're not alone and you're not beyond help.

Our Brainspotting + Ketamine Healing Intensives are designed to help you access, process, and release what talk therapy alone often can't reach — those deeply embedded emotional patterns and survival responses that live in the nervous system.

This integrative approach supports healing at the brain-body level, using low-dose ketamine to enhance access to unresolved trauma and Brainspotting to guide safe and supported emotional processing. â€‹

Ketamine Assisted Therapy

What Is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a brain-body-based therapy developed to access the parts of the brain where trauma, grief, and emotional pain are stored — beyond the reach of cognitive insight alone.

Using fixed eye positions ("brainspots"), we help the brain and the body locate and process these stored experiences, all within the safety of an attuned therapeutic relationship.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, Brainspotting bypasses the neocortex (thinking brain) and works directly with the subcortical brain — where trauma is often held in implicit memory. Through somatic presence, visual targeting, and relational attunement, Brainspotting helps metabolize stuck emotional material at the nervous system level.

Why Combine Brainspotting with Ketamine?

Low-dose ketamine — often referred to as psycholytic dosing — gently quiets the brain's defenses and increases neuroplasticity, creating an optimal internal state for trauma processing.

When paired with Brainspotting, ketamine can support:

  • Increased emotional accessibility

  • Reduced fear and resistance around painful memories

  • Enhanced openness to healing at a deep, embodied level

  • A greater sense of inner spaciousness, clarity, and connection

Clients often describe the experience as grounded yet expansive — able to access difficult material without overwhelm or shutdown.

What to Expect in a Healing Ketamine Intensive

Each Ketamine Intensive is designed for deep, focused work — while ensuring you remain emotionally safe and physically supported.

Your Ketamine Intensive will Include:

  • Pre-session preparation and grounding which includes an intake appointment and 1 Non-Ketamine Brainspotting session

  • A guided Brainspotting + Ketamine process (3 hours)

  • Integration and aftercare include a follow-up, non-ketamine Brainspotting session scheduled within the neuroplastic window (typically 24–72 hours after your ketamine session), as well as a post-follow up/integration appointment scheduled within 14 days to support continued processing and integration.

You’ll work one-on-one with a trauma therapist trained in both Brainspotting and the integration of low-dose ketamine. Medication is prescribed by one of our trusted medical partners, following a comprehensive medical evaluation.

“Whatever the client was experiencing changed. Images and memories came more quickly. Emotions and body experience went deeper and moved on more rapidly and easily. Clients also go to observe the process while they were in it. The process was fascinating and still is.”
