Using Your Spring Health EAP Benefits:

You’ve already taken an important first step by trying to use your Spring Health benefits. If the process has started to feel frustrating, you’re not alone. At times, the platform may indicate that a clinician isn’t accepting clients, has no availability, or isn’t offering in-person sessions—even when that doesn’t fully reflect their current schedule. 

Before giving up, we encourage you to reach out directly.

The most effective way to connect with a clinician you’re interested in is to contact them by text or email to ask about availability. Managing multiple scheduling systems can be challenging on the provider side, and connecting directly with your preferred clinician often leads to quicker, more accurate information. It also allows you to determine fit before using one of your sessions.

Once you’ve connected, the clinician can guide you through the steps to have your care assigned to them through the Spring Health Care Team.

Spring Health has a firm 24 hour cancellation policy, so it is imperative to contact your therapist via text or email to cancel/reschedule your Spring Health Appointment. 

Please do not contact Spring Health first, your clinician can directly advocate on your behalf so that you do not get docked one of your sessions.
